A receipt image can only be claimed "once" and the receipts in the cloud will expire if unclaimed after three months. By simply scanning the QR code on the bottom of the printed receipt, you have claimed your receipt using the AllReceipts™ App.

Customer Survey
Instant Customer Satisfaction Survey
Enables customers to complete a survey while claiming their receipt through QR code. The device management data and survey tools allows retailers access to real time feedback based on their customers levels of satisfaction. Once claimed on the AllReceipts™ app, the "instant" customer satisfaction survey becomes the link between the Device Management Tools and Customer Survey Tools.
Description
The Instant Customer Satisfaction Survey is a cloud service offered to retailers and service providers using Star Micronics' hardware products. The "instant" customer satisfaction survey is used in conjunction with the feature of the AllReceipts™ App, which enables customers to complete a survey while claiming their digital receipt (available on iOS and Android).
A user-friendly dashboard available on any platform will be provided to retailers with the results of the customer surveys from Star Micronics Cloud. Accessible at any convenient time, the dashboard will allow any retail or hospitality establishments access real time feedback on the level of their customers' satisfaction. This service will alert retailers of operational issues relating to staff, service levels, food, and other possible indications preventing dissatisfied customers.

Open the AllReceipts™ app receipt scanner to scan the QR code on the printed retailer receipt,
Complete customer satisfaction survey
How To- Retailers
-Confirm if the POS system is running on Windows 7 or higher, and enable AllRecipts™ from your Windows driver. Download Star Micronics driver: http://www.starmicronics.com/support/default.aspx
-For iOS and Android, contact your ISV for complete integration process
-Install the Star Micronics driver (FuturePRNT v6.0.0) and complete Installshield Wizard
-Connect your Star Micronics printer (TSP100)
-Open the Configuration Utility
-Visit Star Cloud Services to register your device for AllReceipts™ service
-After registering, please enter your username and password and click on Connect SCS. This will link the PC to your Star Cloud Services account
-Click on Apply Changes
